ABOUT ME
I am currently an undergraduate student at Harvard University. I was born in Boston, Massachusetts to two Greek parents. I then moved to Athens, Greece with my family for 7 years, before moving around the world from Shanghai to Munich and then to New Jersey. Every year, I spend close to three months on the Cycladic island of Paros, where my grandparents have been locals for nearly 30 years. Since I was a baby, I have loved Paros and Antiparos and all of their natural beauty. To me, the most important part of my international life has been maintaining my Greek heritage. Having traveled the world, I understand the importance of maintaining culture and how it brings people together. I aim to do this in Paros and the surrounding Cycladic islands by preserving Greek culture and artifacts. I have interned at the Ekatontapiliani Church, one of the most historic Greek churches, and the Benaki Museum of Greek Culture, but want to do more for the culture in the Cycladic islands.
