Dr. Emma Cunliffe is the Secretariat for Blue Shield International— An organization that tries to protect cultural heritage property worldwide. She has spent significant time working in preservation of culture in Syria. Dr. Cunliffe also trains military personnel in how to deal with cultural heritage during wartime.
