Brian Rose is the James B. Pritchard Professor of Archaeology at the University of Pennsylvania. Brian Rose is also the Curator-in-Charge of the Mediterranean Section at the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology. Outside of UPenn, Professor Rose also works with the Archaeological Institute of America.Professor Rose received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in 1987. In this interview, Professor Rose talks about preserving culture in a museum and in the field, while he also talks about what the average person has to do to ensure cultural preservation.
